STS, STL CABINET DOORSThe door is included in the door delivery; as a standard feature, it is installed as a left-hand door with lock positioned in a column (STS disengaging handle,STS shield) and D5 plug. It is made of sheet with thickness of 1.5 mm, reinforced from the inside (STS perforated removable stiffeners,STS removable stiffeners without perforation) and provided with hinges with opening angle of 120°. The doors with heights of 2,000, 1,800, with width of 1,000 and all doors with height of 2,200 are made of sheet with thickness of 2 mm.
OPTIONAL MODIFICATIONS THAT MUST BE SPECIFIED IN THE ORDER: - The door is to be installed as right-hand one. - The lock with FAB plug with the same or different key (see p. 36) must be specified separately. - The doors and 180° hinges (if the customer requires door with opening angle of 180°, it is necessary to state HINGE 180° in the order). - 2K door with uneven wings (it is necessary to specify the door wing sizes and position of the lock order. |

SIDE PANELS / COVERSZKB (IP55) ... 2KD
ZKBL (IP40) ... 2KD Example for ordering: ZKB 2006 (height 2000; depth 0600) The side panel (cover) is made of steel sheet with thickness of 1.5 mm. It is to be inserted in the cabinet side frame. INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY: - Side cover; - Foam polyurethane seal for the side panel (cover) with IP55 protection. |

SIDE PANELS LOCKS (DZK)It contains accessories for mounting 1 ZKB side panel (cover) to the cabinet.
Note: For ZKB side panels (covers) with a modification for installation of air conditioning units etc. It is necessary to use DPRA holders for ZKB mounting (this information must be specified in the order). SIDE PANELS LOCKS (DPZ)Hard fixation of side panels to avoid its unlocking during the transportation or side fans using.

Example for ordering: VKD 0806 (width 0800; depth 0600) The cabinet supplied as a standard has an opening in the bottom part of the skeleton that is covered with a lid from the cabinet inside in order to comply with the requirement for the needed ingress protection. INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY: - Lid - galvanized sheet; - Side bars - 2 pieces; - Connection material and seal; Note: 2 lids are to be ordered for the cabinets with width of 1,200 mm. |

SLIDING SHEETS
PPS (IP55) for STS/STL cabinets
Example for ordering: PPS 0806 (width 0800; depth 0600) The cabinet supplied as a standard has an opening in the bottom part of the skeleton that is covered with a lid from the cabinet inside in order to comply with the requirement for the needed ingress protection. The joint between the sliding sheets must be sealed with casting unsaturated polyester resin in order to provide IP 55 protection. INSTALLATION PANEL (MPO)
The installation panel is made of galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 2.5 mm or 2 mm; it is mounted in the installation panel holder using sliders. M10 nut and special brass washer is delivered for conductive interconnection. Upon agreement with the customer, it is possible to produce a panel made of steel galvanized sheet with thickness of 3 mm. Please contact our technical office for more detailed information.
